Please note, rates charged for shipping by Auction Network are very competitive due to our high volume rate with preferred shippers. If you have any questions prior to or after shipping, please email us at info@auctionnetwork.ca

Shipping does not include insurance; if you require insurance, please let us know as soon as possible. Rates are in the 2-3% range.

Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be processed to the credit card on file (where applicable).

Pick up information will be sent with your paid invoice. Our pick up location is located in Richmond Hill, ON (Leslie Street and Highway 7 Area).

Please do not visit our pick up location unless you have a scheduled appointment.

If you show up without an appointment or do not show up at your scheduled time, you will be asked to leave and/or re-schedule (no exceptions).

We will be offering a contactless pick up only.

Please reverse into the loading dock area and provide your full name to one of our staff members; you may be asked for government issued ID (Driver’s License or Health Card Only). They will then leave your order on the loading dock for you. Should you need assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. For larger orders and those with pallets, please bring help.

To ensure the safety of both you and our employees, please stay at least two metres apart and wear a mask.

**ONLY ONE APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS. IF YOU ARE PICKING UP MULTIPLE ORDERS, ALL INVOICES OR PADDLE NUMBERS MUST BE NOTED WHEN SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Covid Update

We wanted to take a moment to express our care and gratitude for all of you, and to let you know that precautions are being taken considering the latest developments in COVID-19 information. Our priority remains to ensure the health and wellness of all patrons and staff.

In order to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 disease, we ask that you reconsider coming to pick up your items if any of the following reflects how you are feeling at the time of picking up:

  1. I have had a fever at some point in the past 24 hours
  2. I have one or more of the following symptoms: Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath, Sore Throat, Runny Nose
  3. I have has contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.
  4. I have travelled within the past 14 days.


Should any of the above apply to you, we are happy to make alternative pick up arrangements.

In addition, we are taking the following precautions:

We have increased our frequency of sanitation in high risk areas and our staff are trained to high levels of personal hygiene.

All staff have been instructed to stay home at any sign of illness, symptoms of COVID-19 or recent travel to medium or high-risk areas.

Mandatory social distancing during pick up.

Enacted protocols to sanitize all high contact areas.

To further reduce the risk of transmission, effective immediately, we will no longer accept cash payments.

We ship world-wide for all bidders.

Shipping, packing and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Your order(s) will be shipped out by either Canada Post or Canpar.

Please watch for an email regarding your shipment.

When you have purchased a smaller lot and choose not to combine orders, Auction Network is happy to ship this out internally by Canada Post with Tracking or Regular Mail. Shipping charges will automatically be charged to the posted credit card.

PakShip will contact each buyer after items have been picked up from Auction Network. All items are picked up from Auction Network within 48 hours of invoices being emailed. We encourage you to inquire on multiple options with PakShip to ensure your complete satisfaction. Shipping charges will be charged directly from the PakShip to the buyer.

Combined shipments are permitted. Please let PAKShip know directly if you would like to combine your shipments.
